A real estate professional since1988, Teresa has specialized in the Naples, Bonita Springs and surrounding markets for the past 20 years. She is well respected among her clients for the patient, honest guidance she provides, and for the trust-based relationships she’s built that have lasted over time. Customers often thank Teresa for really listening and “getting their needs” when it comes to the important step of finding or selling a home. She’s also appreciated for her ability to break down the real estate process into an experience that’s manageable, understandable, even enjoyable, which it should be. Because of her many years selling new construction, she has the experience and contacts to assist customers with minor to major remodeling home improvements. In 1989, she became general manager of a new construction community where she trained agents and directed/coordinated outside sales. Teresa then moved on to onsite sales specializing in selling resort-style communities that offered estate single-family homes and luxury high-rises. From there, she transitioned into general real estate as a Sales Associate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, affording her a wider market to service her customers.
