Tim Kenney is a graduate of Calvert Hall High School class of 1998 and Mount Saint Mary's University class of 2002 where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business with a Marketing Concentration. Tim began his Real Estate Career in 2004 as a Sales and Marketing Associate with Ryan Homes. From 2005-2006, after being promoted to Community Sales and Marketing Manager, Tim successfully produced over 20 million dollars in Sales volume and completed over 60 closed transactions. The Kenney Real Estate Group was founded in 2007 and operates under the Real Estate Brokerage of Cummings and Co. Realtors. Our Team Specializes in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. In 2008,2009, and 2010,The Kenney Real Estate Group was recognized as the #1 Team in Sales Volume Production at Cummings & Co Realtors.
