About:
It is Todd’s twenty plus years’ experience working as a real estate appraiser in the San Francisco Bay Area that gives him a unique and refreshing perspective as a realtor. He began his real estate career in 1992 when he moved to the Bay Area and began working as a staff appraiser for large appraisal companies. Since then he has completed thousands of appraisals on single family, condominium, and residential income (2-4 units) properties throughout all Bay Area counties and has launched his own appraisal business, Private Eye Appraisal Services, which currently operates out of Castro Valley. He recently obtained his real estate broker’s license and joined Prudential California Realty in Castro Valley. He now enjoys using his Bay Area expertise to help sellers get top dollar for their homes and to find dream homes for buyers. His familiarity with all Bay Area neighborhoods is extensive as he has travelled far and wide completing appraisals in cities from Tiburon to Gilroy, Fairfield to Pacifica.
