Description:
Travis Hughes was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and grew up in the mortgage and real estate business. His father owned a mortgage company for many years and his mother was an Escrow Officer for several years before joining the family mortgage business. Therefore, real estate is in fact, in his blood. So it was inevitable that Travis would eventually get into the real estate business sooner or later. After graduating Cottonwood High School in 1991, he first wanted to achieve the goal of becoming a United States Marine. He entered Marine Corps Boot Camp in San Diego, California and eventually served in the Marine Corps Reserves in Salt Lake City. He also lived in Mexico City for two years on a faith-based service mission, and later earned his degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Utah. These life experiences taught perseverance, team work, the importance of communication, and to have a strong work ethic. In 1996 he joined his father's mortgage company and in 2000 began working as a Loan Officer for many successful years with a variety of mortgage companies. In 2007, he became a licensed Realtor and was able to work with buyers and sellers using his expertise of the mortgage business to explain and guide his clients to a successful closing and to achieve an exceptional real estate buying or selling experience. In 2010, Travis decided to leave the lending business behind and dedicate his expertise and work ethic to his Real Estate business. He thoroughly enjoys getting to know people and helping them with their home selling or buying needs rather than just running the numbers. Whether it's one of his multi-million dollar listings or a $200,000 condo, his dedication to perfecting the process for his clients is his number one goal. He invites all who are looking for that extra touch and dedication in their next real estate transaction to call him. Travis is on both the Wasatch Front and Park City Board of Realtors. This provides him access to homes and sales data in a much broader area from Ogden to Provo, Salt Lake City to the Park City area. Travis is married to Niurka Hughes and has one son and two daughters whom he loves to take on road trips to visit Utah's incredible sights and National Parks, and to visit his wife's family in Puerto Rico whenever possible. He is fluent in Spanish and has served many home buyers and sellers in the Hispanic community over the years. Llamame hoy si usted está interesado en comprar o vender una casa.
