Abstract:
A high-power DC charger system and method to charge a battery or electric vehicle are disclosed. The system can include a high-power rectifier with a plurality of Gallium Nitride (GaN) switches and a plurality of silicon carbide (SiC) rectifying diodes. The rectifier can be configured to receive AC input and output DC voltage and a converter configured to convert the voltage from the rectifier into a DC voltage that meets the charging needs of a battery.

Disclosed are systems configured to deliver wireless charging power to electronic devices and methods for delivering wireless charging power. In some implementations, a system can include a programmable radio-frequency generator capable of generating a beam of electromagnetic pulsed radiation and plurality of solid-state amplifiers to amplify the beam of electromagnetic pulsed radiation. The amplified beam of electromagnetic pulsed radiation can be configured to wirelessly charge electronic devices at distances greater than about 100 meters.

Abstract:
A system for disassociating molecules of a gas based on RF power. Characteristics of the RF power can be tuned to increase disassociation efficiency. The system can include a disassociation chamber configured to enclose a volume of a gas and a radio frequency (RF) power source configured to provide RF power to the disassociation chamber. The RF power source can include a radio-frequency generator configured to generate an electromagnetic (EM) radiation having a frequency between about 20 MHz and about 10 THz, a radio-frequency amplifier configured to amplify the generated EM radiation, and an output channel to direct the amplified EM radiation towards the volume of gas.
