Abstract:
The present invention relates to the role of 4-1BB (CD137) ligand and anti-4-1BB (CD137) antibody in the treatment of cancers and diseases associated with 4-1BB (CD137) expression. More particularly, the present invention relates to the use of (i) 4-1BB (CD137) ligand for inducing proliferation and activation and promoting survival of B lymphocytes and (2) anti-4-1BB (anti-CD137) antibody for inhibiting proliferation and activation and inducing death of B lymphocytes.

Abstract:
A system for simulating network configurations includes data processing hardware and memory hardware in communication with the data processing hardware. The memory hardware stores instructions that when executed on the data processing hardware cause the data processing hardware to perform operations. The operations includes receiving one or more parameter changes for a production network model of a network. The operations also include generating a simulation network model including the one or more parameter changes. Another operation includes analyzing the simulated network flow within the simulation network model. The operations also include generating a report including an impact of the parameter changes on the network. The operations may also include receiving a production network log including a recorded workflow for the production network model and simulating the production workflow of the production network log within the simulation network model to generate a simulated network log.

Abstract:
The present invention is directed to regimens for administering one or more Antibody-Based Molecules that bind PD-1 or PD-L1, and LAG-3 (e.g, a PD-1×LAG-3 bispecific molecule) alone, or in combination with an Antibody-Based Molecule that binds a Tumor Antigen (TA) for the treatment of cancer. The invention particularly concerns the use of such regimens in conjunction with PD-1×LAG-3 bispecific molecules. The invention is directed to the use of such molecules, and to the use of pharmaceutical compositions and pharmaceutical kits that contain such molecules and that facilitate the use of such dosing regimens in the treatment of cancer.
