The invention can furthermore comprise a second strap which, with one end thereof connected to the first strap, the belt or the like encircling the leg, with the other end encircling a neck, attached to an upper arm, attached (with a hook-shaped portion) to a shoulder, or attached to the first strap after passing over the front side of body, a shoulder, and the rear side of the body. A second shield for covering and/or supporting the breasts of a wearer (particularly female wearer) can be fixedly or removably attached to the second strap. The first shield can be attached to the first strap directly or through the connecting element.
