Julius resides in Fort Bend County with his beautiful wife, Eloise, and their two children, Haley & Jake. Julius spent the first half of his career in management for UPS. When Julius voluntarily left UPS, he started his real estate career. After working as a licensed sales associate, Julius quickly became the VP of Sales in the Sugar Land branch office of Coldwell Banker. Julius soon opened RE/MAX on the Brazos and obtained his real estate broker’s license, spending the next several years coaching, mentoring, training, and supervising hundreds of sales associates. Julius’ office was known for having the best trained agents with the highest level of integrity in the industry, and proven sales results. In 2010, Julius closed his RE/MAX office and now operates as an independent real estate broker in Texas. Julius always makes it a point to keep current with the laws of real estate and with the latest news and trends of the industry. His past associates often call him to this day for advice, suggestions, or recommendations.
