I have lived in the West Chester area for over 25 years, know the area extremely well, and began selling real estate in 2005 in the Dominican Republic. Our real estate business in the Dominican Republic has been very successful so we have become licensed in PA to provide our real estate skills here. Our specialties are historic homes, luxury homes and acting as buyers agents for individuals or real estate investors. I was able to get into the real estate business after selling my technology consulting business in 2001 and developing real estate in the Dominican Republic. My wife and I (both licensed in PA) continue to operate our real estate brokerage in the Dominican Republic while developing our business here in the Brandywine Valley of PA.
