Antenna Device

US Patent:
8346092, Jan 1, 2013
Filed:
Sep 22, 2011
Appl. No.:
13/240910
Inventors:
Ming Zhao - Milan, IT
Jianjun Chen - Santa Clara CA, US
Xueru Liu - Shenzhen, CN
Pinghua He - Shenzhen, CN
Assignee:
Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. - Shenzhen, Guangdong
International Classification:
H04B 10/00
US Classification:
398115, 398116, 398117, 398 79, 398138, 398139
Abstract:
An antenna device is provided, which includes a first antenna unit and a second antenna unit. The first antenna unit includes a first radiation module, a power divider/combiner network connected to the first radiation module, and a feeder interface connected to the power divider/combiner network. The feeder interface is connected to a radio remote unit (RRU) or a macro base station through a feeder. The second antenna unit includes a second radiation module, a transceiver array connected to the second radiation module, a baseband processing unit (BPU) connected to the transceiver array, and an optical fiber interface connected to the BPU. The optical fiber interface is connected to a baseband unit (BBU) through an optical fiber. Therefore, after the existing passive antenna is replaced by the provided antenna device, the RRU or macro base station in the original network can still be used, which reduces waste of resources.

Method And System For Work Load Balancing

US Patent:
2013009, Apr 18, 2013
Filed:
Oct 17, 2011
Appl. No.:
13/274385
Inventors:
Adwait Tumbde - Sunnyvale CA, US
Sahaya Andrews Albert - San Jose CA, US
Adam Silberstein - Sunnyvale CA, US
Suryanarayan Perinkulam - Palo Alto CA, US
Masood Mortazavi - San Jose CA, US
Jianjun Chen - Cupertino CA, US
Russell Sears - Berkeley CA, US
Assignee:
YAHOO! INC. - Sunnyvale CA
International Classification:
G06F 15/173
US Classification:
709226
Abstract:
Method, system, and programs for balancing work load in a distributed system. A plurality of multi-dimensional load metrics are received from a plurality of resource units in the distributed system. Based on the received plurality of multi-dimensional load metrics and a global statistical load model, a load deviance for each resource unit is computed. The plurality of resource units in the distributed system are then ranked based on the load deviance of each resource unit. At least one load balancing action is further determined based on the ranked resource units and at least one load balancing policy.

Multi-Schema Version Support In Data Synchronization

US Patent:
2023008, Mar 16, 2023
Filed:
Oct 31, 2022
Appl. No.:
18/051287
Inventors:
- Shenzhen, CN
Jianjun CHEN - Cupertino CA, US
Kamini Manoharlal JAGTIANI - Los Altos CA, US
Chunfeng PEI - San Jose CA, US
Assignee:
Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. - Shenzhen
International Classification:
G06F 16/21
G06F 8/65
H04L 67/00
Abstract:
A computer-implemented method for performing application data consistency management among a plurality of computing devices within a communication network includes retrieving by a first device, application data from a second device. The application data includes an app ID and a first application version number of an app residing on the second device. A first database table is updated using an object type associated with the app ID and the first application version number. The object type identifies a database table schema of a data object used by the app and a plurality of data fields of the data object. Data stored by one or more of the plurality of data fields is synchronized with a third device based on a second application version number of the app residing on the third device and the first database table.

Asynchronous Cache Coherency For Mvcc Based Database Systems

US Patent:
2020003, Jan 30, 2020
Filed:
Jul 27, 2018
Appl. No.:
16/047458
Inventors:
- Plano TX, US
Jianjun Chen - Cupertino CA, US
Yang Sun - Palo Alto CA, US
Xiaolin Du - Cupertino CA, US
Jun Chen - Santa Clara CA, US
Yu Chen - San Jose CA, US
Chunfeng Pei - San Jose CA, US
International Classification:
G06F 17/30
Abstract:
A database system comprises a persistent storage device, a log node including a memory and a processor, and a plurality of database nodes. A database node includes a cache memory configured to store a database instance, and a processor configured to initiate a database transaction by sending a snapshot request to the log node, the snapshot request including a list of pages that were either replaced or newly loaded in the cache memory. The log node processor is configured to send a snapshot response to the database node, wherein the snapshot response includes a snapshot of the database and a list of changed pages of the database instances. The database node processor is configured to update the status of the pages in cached memory according to the snapshot response and perform the database transaction.

High-Throughput Distributed Transaction Management For Globally Consistent Sharded Oltp System And Method Of Implementing

US Patent:
2019017, Jun 6, 2019
Filed:
Dec 6, 2017
Appl. No.:
15/833658
Inventors:
- Plano TX, US
Jianjun Chen - Cupertino CA, US
Mason Sharp - Holmdel NJ, US
Yu Chen - San Jose CA, US
Jun Chen - Cupertino CA, US
Jason Yang Sun - Palo Alto CA, US
Yongyan Wang - Sunnyvale CA, US
International Classification:
G06F 17/30
G06F 11/14
Abstract:
A system and method for improved online transaction processing (OLTP) in a sharded database is provided. Overhead associated with a global transaction manager is reduced and scalability improved by determining whether incoming queries are single-shard transactions or multi-shard transactions. For multi-shard transactions, a distributed transaction ID (DXID) is requested from the GTM, and then forwarded with the query to one or more data notes. For single-shard transactions, the query is sent to a data node without requesting a DXID from the GTM.
