I began my real estate career as a loan orginator in sunny San Diego, California in 1993. That was at the height of the refi-madness. I also sold residential real estate and worked as an assist in an new home division. The family moved to Austin, Texas and it was there that I managed sales a townhome community. We started with dirt and finalized the very last home sale. But, home is Maryland and in 2000 I came home. Back in Maryland I have been a re-sale and a new homes manager for a custom home division. I have enjoyed selling to the first time homebuyer as well the move up buyer. Giving all Buyers and the Seller a satisfied experience. You often hear that the buying or selling a home is, "such an trying experience." It is because usually everything changes schools, jobs, friends etc. Even the dentist and the hair stylist. Becasue I am a military wife, I can relate to all of these emotions and try to provide an understanding that just comes from " been there, done that ten times! I understand the mortgage side of the transaction, about the money. Most people need, MONEY. The emotional side of the sale and pride myself on caring about all the knowledge and details that one must have to give excellent service to all my clients.
